Hands-on coaching for serious size and strength. In each 60-minute session, you’ll get live technique corrections, targeted exercise variations, along with exercise suggestions so every rep is progress — not wasted time.

  • Post-session notes and homework so you keep improving between sessions

What it looks like:

Every 60-minute session is engineered to produce measurable gains; not busywork. I’ll combine individualized progressive overload, hands-on technique corrections, and instant program adjustments so your time in the gym creates the exact stimulus your body needs to make progress. Consistent tracking keeps you moving toward your goals.

Base rate: $45 per 60-minute one-on-one session
Monthly rate: 1 month (4 weeks). Discount applies when you pre-pay a month of sessions.

2–3 sessions/wk — 10% off

4–5 sessions/wk — 15% off

6–7 sessions/wk — 20% off

Group training


My group sessions deliver the same coaching principles and programming you’d get in a private session, optimized for a small groups. Groups are limited to 2-3 people ensure everyone gets quality coaching.

2 person group: $35 per person

3 person group: $30 per person

4 person group: $25 per person
