macro coaching

Having a plan makes training and food easier. I’ve seen so many people waste literal years, wondering why they’re not progressing because they have no plan for either. Winging it is the equivalent to sitting at home and doing nothing. Leave the planing to me and I’ll leave the progress to you.

meal plans

What you eat is equally, if not more important than how you workout. A poor diet wastes your time, making you no progress. Calories, protein, carbs, fats; I’ll handle the calculating so you can focus on the results.

Regularly going to the gym, exercising correctly, and eating reasonable well will get to ~60% of natural physical gains. ~80% of if you correctly train and eat for multiple years. That last ~20% of your genetic limit is only ever reached by doing everything perfectly, non-stop, on top of all the time you’ve already put into yourself.

where did MLM come from

My name is Quincey, moved from Fairfax, Virginia to right here in Coldwater, Michigan. Seeing a gap of experienced trainers in Coldwater, I brought with me almost a decade of coaching, with a specialty in hypertrophy training. I've helped over 100 clients achieve anything from simple weight loss to reaching their genetic limits; including myself. I take a scientific approach to lifting believing meta-analysis studies over “gym bro science”.
